Dr Roger Gill, our Associate, is a Chartered Psychologist with BA and MAs degree in psychology and philosophy from the University of Oxford, a BPhil degree in occupational psychology from the University of Liverpool, and a PhD from the University of Bradford.

He has many years’ experience in management consulting and management and leadership development, both full-time and part-time, with major well-known consulting firms (PA Consulting Group, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and SRI International) and independently, in the UK, USA, Middle East and Far East. He has directed or conducted HRM consulting assignments and management training and leadership development programmes for over 350 client organizations in a wide range of industries and the public sector around the world since 1969.

Roger’s recent work includes the development of a new instrument for diagnosing leadership development needs and effectiveness, The Leadership Audit, for The Leadership Trust and the completion of a book, Defining Leadership, for Sage Publications (due for publication in November 2005) that describes a new model of leadership resulting from his research over the past six years.
