Gordon Anderson, bring a wealth of experience to many areas of management development. He began his career in personel and human resource management with a large international automobile manufacturer and with an investment company, where he gained a practical background in human resource issues and methods. He focuses much of this efforts in the area of performance related activites, including the design and implementation of performance appraisal and performance management system, training managers and staff in appraisal methodology and techniques, the design of appraisal documentation and evaluation, and review studies.
