Michael Fong has over 20 years of experience in IT, auditing, training and Quality, in roles such as project manager, trainer/facilitator, consultant, change agent and software developer.Presently, he provides services as a corporate trainer in project management and soft skills, a facilitator in organisational development and in action-based learning for self-discovery, managing change and teamwork. He is a facilitator/trainer for Everest Motivation Team, MDIS, NUS Extension and other training providers.For over five years, Michael had worked for Citibank in its
technology department. Much of his work involved training project managers on effective software engineering, project management and quality assurance practices. He was a key member in the initiative that led the department to achieving SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 4. Fewer than 100 organisations worldwide had achieved that level.
